Corrals 1
Lambs are kept in specially designed corrals with hygienic features such as galvanized construction, mesh floor and automated water feeders.

Corrals 2
Taking care of all animal welfare aspects. Lambs navigate the slaughter floor with minimum stress through a circular corral that incorporates many of Temple Grandin's animal handling principles.

Products Packaged
Different packaging methods are used in the Boning Room to deliver a consumer ready lamb meat product.
